RACO Time and Material Repair Service

Should your printer require major repairs, RACO offers full-fledged depot and local on-site repair services. As a factory-authorized service center, we are able to offer a quick turnaround on most repairs thanks to our consistently fully-stocked parts inventory. We are also happy to extend a 30-day guarantee on repairs and labor, and a 90-day guarantee on parts.

RACO Service Contracts

A RACO Service Contract will give you a slew of extra benefits when it comes to repairs and maintenance, offering a fixed up-front cost on all repairs, maintenance, parts, and labor, higher prioritization of service, a quicker guaranteed turnaround time, complimentary preventative maintenance checks, and “hot swap” options that allow you to use a back-up loaner device over the length of your repair. RACO offers various Service Contracts for on-site and depot repair and maintenance so you can select the service plan that best suits your business. Formulating your annual repair and maintenance budget is made all the easier when you know all of your costs up-front. By using a service contract, all expenses for repairs, parts, and labor are fixed for the length of the agreement, so you will never have to deal with the stress and financial strain of unexpected equipment problems.

Guaranteed Turnaround Time

Signing a Service Contract entitles you to higher priority repairs. Once we receive your equipment, your repair is automatically moved to the top of the service queue with a guaranteed 1-3 day turnaround time.

Two complimentary Preventive Maintenance Checks

During preventative maintenance checks, RACO technicians thoroughly clean and inspect your printer, helping you to get the most usage out of your equipment as possible while providing insight into which parts may soon be in need of repair before it becomes an issue. The result is a longer-lasting printer and lower overall long-term repair costs.

“Hot Swap” options available
